CARRIER ACCEPTANCE. By accepting this load (electronically on the Loadgency platform or by signing below), the assigned motor carrier confirms the pickup, delivery, and rate above, and agrees to the terms of the governing BrokerβCarrier Agreement. The carrier: (1) is the entity that will physically transport the vehicle and will not re-broker, co-broker, or double-broker this load to any third party; (2) will capture the digital Bill of Lading and inspection photos at pickup and delivery through the platform; (3) maintains active operating authority and the required auto-liability and cargo insurance; and (4) is liable for loss or damage in transit to the extent provided under the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. Β§ 14706). Payment is made COD directly by the customer to the carrier on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing; Loadgency/Haulgency does not take possession of the vehicle or the customer's payment. Unauthorized re-brokering is grounds for non-payment and removal.
