Loadgency is built to pay you back for staying. Every load you deliver builds your tier, and the higher you climb, the more of our fee comes straight back to you — as real money, in your pocket. Here's the simple truth of it, and step by step how to collect.

Both numbers are real, not marketing: our standard fee is $50, and through loyalty you can earn back up to that entire $50 on standard loads. (On loads over $500 our fee is 10%; your loyalty comes off the $50 standard, never your haul.)

Set up your driver account
Verify your CDL so the rewards attach to you — not the company. This is what makes your tier portable: it follows you between carriers or when you go owner-operator.

Haul loads — that's the whole job
Every completed, non-disputed delivery counts toward your tier automatically. No forms, no points to chase. Cancelled or disputed loads don't count.

Watch your tier & wallet
In the app: Profile → Milestones & rewards. You'll see your tier, your per-load rate, your running total kept, and — in the open — exactly what you keep and what Loadgency makes.

Fee-back applies on its own
From Trusted up, your rebate is credited to your wallet after each qualifying standard load. Check any load receipt to see it line-itemed.

Claim your milestone bonuses
When you hit a tier with a one-time reward, a Claim button appears. Fuel cards are emailed; cash bonuses drop into your wallet. Hit the next tier within 60 days and the bonus doubles.

Cash out
Tap Wallet → Cash out for an instant Zelle or ACH transfer, or turn on weekly auto-payout. Or leave it to ride against future fees — your call.
