Terms of Service
Pre-launch summary. Full legal terms are being finalized with counsel and will be posted here before launch.
What we are. Loadgency (a service of Haulgency LLC) is a licensed property broker. We arrange transportation with authorized motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier and never take possession of your vehicle or freight.
Pricing. You set the shipment price. Our only charge is a flat brokerage fee (the greater of $50 or 10%), shown before you commit. Payment for transportation is made directly to the carrier (COD) unless a payment schedule is agreed.
Carriers. Carriers are verified for active operating authority and cargo insurance before assignment. Loadgency is not liable for the acts, delays, loss, or damage of independent carriers, which are the carrier's responsibility subject to their insurance.
Disputes & documentation. A digital Bill of Lading and inspection photos are captured at pickup and delivery to support any claim.
