💵 Transparent-fee guarantee
One flat fee — the greater of $50 or 10% — shown next to the driver's pay before you commit. If a charge isn't on that screen, it doesn't exist.
🚗 100% to the driver
The full price you set goes to the carrier. We never take a cut of their pay or pad the number. Ever.
🛡️ Vetted-carrier standard
Every assigned carrier must have active FMCSA authority and cargo insurance on file — verified before dispatch and re-checked periodically.
📄 Documented both ends
A digital Bill of Lading plus timestamped inspection photos at pickup and delivery — your condition record, on file, both ways.
⏱️ 24-hour claim window
Visible issues are settled at the drop-off; concealed damage gets a clear 24-hour window handled under the carrier's cargo insurance. No runaround.
🤝 Keep-your-carrier promise
No non-circumvention traps. Save a driver you liked and rebook them, or go direct forever. The relationship is yours, not ours to hoard.
💳 No-deposit, pay-on-delivery
$0 upfront by default. You pay the driver directly (COD) on delivery — we never hold your money, so there's no deposit to fight over.
🔕 No sales calls, no spam
The only call you get is the carrier's pickup heads-up. We don't sell your info or sic a "dedicated advisor" on your phone.
📍 Consent-based tracking
Location sharing is driver-initiated — a live pin they choose to drop for that trip, stopping at delivery. Visibility without surveillance.
